Hebba Youssef is the Chief People Officer at Workweek and Founder of I Hate It Here, a newsletter, podcast, and community business with over 120,000 subscribers that's dedicated to supporting and connecting HR & People leaders as they build incredible company cultures.

Previously, Hebba has led global learning, development, and talent management teams at organizations across a variety of industries, from fintech to media. She was most recently the Head of People at Lithic, a fintech startup. Prior to that, she was a talent management leader at Axios. Hebba has built People Ops teams from the ground up, scaled companies — and gained a few white hairs along the way.
